Luke has worked within the Survey and Civil Engineering industry for over 20 years. Luke spent his first 5 years within surveying, conducting Topographical and Hydrological surveys.  Following this Luke worked within the Railway Industry for 15 years. The most recent 6 years of Luke's career has been in the position of Engineering Manager, leading a design team, across multidisciplinary projects.  Luke brings all of these valuable experiences as a Director into Roman Way Design Consultancy Ltd, to ensure professional excellence is delivered with all the projects we do.

Glenn has over 20 year’s experience when it comes to Survey and Design. Glenn started his career at a small survey company in Stockton on Tees, producing topographical surveys for clients in the public sector as well as large Railway and environmental principal contactors. Later Glenn joined a Railway Design company based in York to manage a small team and produce detail designs. Glenn is now one of the Directors of Roman Way Design Consultancy Ltd and takes all of his past experience to make sure that every client has a personal but professional experience.
